35bda Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

Overview

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 35bda ("35bda", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). They govern your access to and use of the 35bda website at https://35bda.pro, including all games, sports betting markets, account services, payment processing, bonuses, and promotions available through the Platform.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the 35bda Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account. 35bda reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the most current version before each use of the Platform.

1Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the 35bda Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions simultaneously:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times that you use the Platform.
• You are using the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, organisation, or syndicate.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a 35bda employee in any of those roles.
• You have not previously had a 35bda account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms or any prior version of these Terms.

2Account Registration and Responsibility

Each player may hold exactly one active 35bda account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited. When registering, you agree to the following obligations:

• All registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current at all times. You must promptly update any information that changes, including your mobile number or email address.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
• 35bda may, at its sole discretion, require KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any time — including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued national ID card, passport, or other identification document — before permitting withdrawals or continued use of the Platform.
• You must not use the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful. It is your personal responsibility to verify the laws applicable to you in your location before registering or placing any wager.

35bda reserves the right to close any account that, upon review, is found to have been registered with false or incomplete information, regardless of the account balance at the time of closure. In such cases, any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Deposits of verifiable legitimacy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the 35bda Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 35bda accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following local payment channels, which are the only accepted payment methods on this Platform:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Bank transfers via major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your 35bda wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 35bda is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems or network outages.
• Withdrawals are processed within 10–15 minutes for bKash and Nagad during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

4Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

35bda may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and seasonal promotions (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and T20 World Cup promotions). All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific conditions stated at the time the offer is made:

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be met in full before any portion of the bonus balance or winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not available for immediate withdrawal. Only winnings that exceed the bonus balance after rollover completion may be transferred to the main withdrawable wallet.
• Each promotional offer is limited to one claim per eligible player. Using multiple accounts, VPNs, proxy servers, or any other method to claim the same promotion more than once is considered fraudulent conduct and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• 35bda reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any offer already accepted by a player and actively in progress will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
• Players must be 21 years of age or older to claim any bonus or promotional offer at 35bda. Bonuses cannot be claimed on behalf of another person.

If 35bda reasonably suspects that a player is exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play — including but not limited to low-variance betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk — 35bda reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close the account.

5Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

The 35bda Platform is provided for lawful, personal, recreational use only. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balance, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including the sharing of hands, game states, or real-time strategic information in live casino games.
• Depositing or wagering funds that are derived from any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, money laundering, or any other criminal enterprise.
• Exploiting software errors, connection interruptions, game glitches, or display errors to gain any unfair advantage. Any winnings gained through exploitation of a known or suspected error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any anonymisation tool with the intent to circumvent geographic restrictions, evade account monitoring, or misrepresent your identity or location.

6Responsible Gaming

35bda is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment and never a financial necessity. 35bda provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible via account settings:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending.
• Session time reminders: receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play to encourage regular breaks.
• Self-exclusion: permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and no deposits, wagers, or logins will be permitted. Contact support to activate self-exclusion at any time.

7Intellectual Property

All content on the 35bda Platform — including but not limited to the 35bda brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, data compilations, software code, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of 35bda or is licensed to 35bda by third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 35bda.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 35bda's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In particular, 35bda shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform — whether scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical failure, third-party network outage, or any other cause — that affects your ability to access games, place bets, or process transactions.
• Any action taken by a third-party payment provider (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any bank) that results in a delay, reversal, or refusal of a deposit or withdrawal transaction, where that action is outside 35bda's direct control.

9Account Suspension and Termination

35bda reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct, multi-accounting, providing false registration information, or fraudulent payment activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 72 hours of a formal request, where 35bda has reasonable grounds to require such documentation.
• A player's voluntary request to close their own account, submitted via written communication to the 35bda support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after identity verification. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

10Amendments to These Terms

35bda reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When a material change is made, 35bda will endeavour to provide notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number on record at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the 35bda Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
